Comprehensive and holistic in delivery, our GK group training sessions are the most popular of our programs offered by AGU. The group sessions are aimed at both premier level and community level GK’s.

Working through each main component of GK development (technical/tactical/physical/psychological/social), our group sessions aim to ensure maximum engagement with the GK coach. A maximum of 1:6 ratio of goalkeepers to goalkeeper coach helps ensure this.

Running for 10 weeks per term for premier GK’s and 8 weeks per term for community level GK’s, this allows any level and age from 8-18 years to participate in our programs. Our premier level sessions are 60mins while community level are 45mins.
